Yes. When your content and materials are ready, we create a fully customised website in 5 working days. Important: The 5-day timeline starts once you’ve provided all content, brand assets, and approvals.
What if I need something more custom?

What if I need to postpone or reschedule my Website Week?
You can reschedule your project once within 60 days of your original booking date. After 60 days, the booking expires and payment is non-refundable. If you wish to restart later, a reactivation fee of 35% of the original project cost applies.
What happens if I need to reactivate my project after it expires?
You can restart by paying a reactivation fee. We will confirm your requirements, agree on a new date, and send an updated Readiness Checklist.
How many revisions are included?
One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions are available at £150 per round.

How far in advance should I book Website Week?

2. Payment Terms
For our 5-Day Website package and similar fixed-rate services, a 100% payment is required to secure your slot. Other projects may have custom payment plans, which will be outlined before work begins.
3. Timelines and Client Responsibilities
We work fast, but we also rely on your input. Timely feedback and submission of materials are required to keep the project on schedule. If deadlines are missed, your project may be delayed or rescheduled.
4. Revisions
The 5-Day Website package includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is made, you’ll own the final website and all approved deliverables. We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.
6. Cancellation
If you need to cancel before the project begins, your deposit may be refunded at our discretion. If we’ve already started the work, the deposit is non-refundable.
7. Technical Support
Basic support is included during and immediately after the project period. Ongoing support is available as an add-on service.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Protokos is not liable for indirect damages, third-party issues, or losses that result from delays or service interruptions beyond our control.
